Stal jsem se oficiálním Dukascopy Introducing Agentem!

Hele, jaký jsem si udělal banner :

Dukascopy je jeden z nejlepších Forex brokerů na světě (proto jsem si ho i vybral je to broker s kterým plánuji mít obchodní vztah v příštích minimálně deseti, či spíše více, letech). Stal jsem se jejich Introducing Agentem. To znamená, že kdo se zaregistruje pode mnou, tak mu Dukascopy vrátí 40% komisí a to zcela automaticky. Je jedno, jestli máte malý či velký účet, případně kolik zobchodujete, doživotně si tím snížíte komise, prostě bezva nabídka!

Je to celkem super nabídka. Uživatel si zmenší drasticky komise (pro někoho, kdo vkládá jen pár tisíc to znamená, že bude mít komise jako by byl nějaké velké zvíře s velkým účtem, prostě super…).

Udělal jsem stránky a už mám dva zákazníky. První je nějaká velká ryba, zobchodoval za měsíc 3M USD (jen aby mu to vydrželo ), druhý je začínající malý prcek .

What is Speculation and what is Investment?

Investment

• Is if I’m buying something to get long-term “passive” income – you buy a cow and milk it
• Examples: you buy stocks for dividends (you are not interesting to rise of capital value of this stock!), you buy property to lease it.
• Investment is NOT If you buy house, mobile phone, car etc. for your OWN usage – this are EXPENSES (refrigerator, mobile phone, diary or school expenses will be NEVER investments, there are simply expenses, because refrigerator will NEVER make you many, it will only take you money. Only if you will lease refrigerator to someone else or make own business with it, it will became a a investment). If you will buy car, mobile phone or car and you will lease it to someone and you will create by it passive income each month it WILL BE Investment.

Speculation

• Is if you buy something to sell it later with profit – you buy a calf, make fatter and slit,…
• It’s not difference, if you speculating short (price will go down) or for long (that price will go up).
• Time-frame is NOT a difference too (seconds or years). If you will buy stock and sell it in fraction of second or if you will buy a house/stock/commodity to sell it after 50 years for bigger price, the both case are same, both case are a speculations. Typical mistake is, that peoples automatically calling the speculations investments if they speculating long-term (in years), but it’s mistake!!!
• Examples: Speculation is, if you will buy one stock for 1€ to sell it later for 2€ (same for short speculation), or you will buy house NOT for the lease profit, but for the increase in his value to sell him later for more… Speculation is if you buy contract of the corn, house, land, gold to sell it later with profit.

Simply the Investment will make you stable passive income. You may sleep in bed and you will make money. And you are not forced to sell to make this money!!! You milking the cow, and milking and milking and milking.

In speculation you must sell to make a profit, you MUST kill the “cow”.

Simply it’s only the state of your mind. You may buy two same stocks, one piece for speculation (to buy it for 100 and sell it for 200) and one piece of same stock for dividends – investments.

Because this many peoples using  two different stock/commodity… brokers, one for speculations, one for investments, and strictly separating the “philosophy” of speculation from the investments. I’m doing it same way. I’m investing to the czech stocks one one broker, where I’m buying stocks only for dividends (I not care about the rise/fall in price). And on the Dukascopy Forex broker I’m speculating – I’m buying some currency to sell it after few minutes with the profit.

Again, it’s only about the state of your mind!!!

How to eject before bubble make a “puff” ? This is very useful if you investing in stocks.

I analyzed the crash of the silver in 1980 and found two clear sell signals:

1) SELL1 – the price stagnated, did NOT go up the First High (it’s first sign that trend probably reversing) and finally go down under Lower Low which was clear SELL signal and confirmation, that we are in the downtrend

2) SELL2 – If someone are no skilled in this “Lower Highs” bullshits he may draw simply trendline (the long yellow line under last lows) and when price cross it simply sell. He will sell at not so good price as in the SELL1 signal, but it’s still better to do it here, then after some days when price go down by other tens of percents…

So enjoy it in the next bubble and save your retirements .

Before two years I speculated on the czech stock market with the BAATELEC (czech telecomunication operator) ticket.

After a several months I discovered, that the commissions (transaction fee of the broker) and spreads (difference between sell and buy price, which going offen to the broker too, if he is the market-maker) on the czech RMS and KOBOS market are so big, that the short-term speculations aka intraday trading are almost impossible.

Spreads:

For example spreads right now for the BAACEZ (It’s the most traded stock in the czech market) are:

KOBOS (aka BCPP) market:

• for a few shares: 936,30/937,00 (sell/buy [CZK]) = spread 0,08%
• for a 200 shares: 935,50/937,00 (sell/buy [CZK]) = spread 0,16%

RMS market:

• for a few shares: 937,00/938,00 (sell/buy [CZK]) = spread 0,11%
• for a 200 shares: 936/938,50 (sell/buy [CZK]) = spread 0,27%

Commissions:

• for KOBOS marketis 2*0,4% (one sell, one buy) = 0,8%
• for RMS market is 2*0,29% (one sell, one buy) = 0,58%

Conclusion

When you count up commission and spread together you will get total fee of 0,7 – 1 % per trade!!! This is absolutely disgusting. Imagine common intraday trader, who making a four drades per day,  he will lose EACH DAY 2,8 – 4 % of his traded capital! After a one month is this traded on the zero!

So I decided, that my home stock market is absolutely no friendly for intraday trading start looking for the other market, and together start investing (based on the fundamental analysis) on same market (but this is a different story).

It’s irony, that the safest way, how you may make some money is the intra-day trading (you not holding any opened position when is market closed).

Why ? Because you watching price, when you are in the market, very carefully , and if something will happen you ejecting the market in the speed of light . Problem is, that If stock going up, it’s in small steps, but if stock going down, it’s so quick .

In the Czech market every big falls are in the first 5-10 minutes!!! It’s the fucking ride, where you losing a bunch of money! Isn’t worster situation, when you watching graph, which going 8% down in 5 minutes and YOU CAN’T SELL (small liquidity, or it’s simply too quick). So be in the long position holded in days is real “pleasure”.  What will do price in next morning… who know, you may pray to take price up.

When you will be the noob, your idea will be to find good stock, buy it and hold it for weeks or months. What a mistake!

All the “professionals” in the TV, newspapers talking about :

• buy and never sell
• not sell in first 5 years
• stocks generating the biggest revenue in extra long term
• If price going down buy other stocks

This is the direct way to the hell !

The safest way, how to speculate and make some money in the market, is to find good broker (quick command execution, low spread, low commission), good market with high liquidity and trade it intra-daily . For example buy when price going up, and sell after only 20 minutes with small profit. This is the real safe way .

If you will not trade intra-daily, you may receive some nice two “punches” as is -15% and -25% and whole your property will be gone!

Stop-Loss command may save your ass too, but if is liquidity on the market too low and market fluctuate heavy, you can’t use it… It’s seriously big risk to not use Stop-Loss command, you must watch market myself and reject manually (and it may be too late…).
