What is Speculation and what is Investment?

Investment

• Is if I’m buying something to get long-term “passive” income – you buy a cow and milk it
• Examples: you buy stocks for dividends (you are not interesting to rise of capital value of this stock!), you buy property to lease it.
• Investment is NOT If you buy house, mobile phone, car etc. for your OWN usage – this are EXPENSES (refrigerator, mobile phone, diary or school expenses will be NEVER investments, there are simply expenses, because refrigerator will NEVER make you many, it will only take you money. Only if you will lease refrigerator to someone else or make own business with it, it will became a a investment). If you will buy car, mobile phone or car and you will lease it to someone and you will create by it passive income each month it WILL BE Investment.

Speculation

• Is if you buy something to sell it later with profit – you buy a calf, make fatter and slit,…
• It’s not difference, if you speculating short (price will go down) or for long (that price will go up).
• Time-frame is NOT a difference too (seconds or years). If you will buy stock and sell it in fraction of second or if you will buy a house/stock/commodity to sell it after 50 years for bigger price, the both case are same, both case are a speculations. Typical mistake is, that peoples automatically calling the speculations investments if they speculating long-term (in years), but it’s mistake!!!
• Examples: Speculation is, if you will buy one stock for 1€ to sell it later for 2€ (same for short speculation), or you will buy house NOT for the lease profit, but for the increase in his value to sell him later for more… Speculation is if you buy contract of the corn, house, land, gold to sell it later with profit.

Simply the Investment will make you stable passive income. You may sleep in bed and you will make money. And you are not forced to sell to make this money!!! You milking the cow, and milking and milking and milking.

In speculation you must sell to make a profit, you MUST kill the “cow”.

Simply it’s only the state of your mind. You may buy two same stocks, one piece for speculation (to buy it for 100 and sell it for 200) and one piece of same stock for dividends – investments.

Because this many peoples using  two different stock/commodity… brokers, one for speculations, one for investments, and strictly separating the “philosophy” of speculation from the investments. I’m doing it same way. I’m investing to the czech stocks one one broker, where I’m buying stocks only for dividends (I not care about the rise/fall in price). And on the Dukascopy Forex broker I’m speculating – I’m buying some currency to sell it after few minutes with the profit.

Again, it’s only about the state of your mind!!!

1. Buy a “basic” training course for the beginners to learn basic grammar – the only expense
2. Watch TV – on Internet are plenty TVs in almost all languages for free
3. Play games – chat in that game, and use TeamSpeak to listen conversation, be active
4. Read books – for beginning the fairy story for kids
5. Watch movies with original sound and subtitles
6. Create blog and write your ideas in your “new” language . Peoples will call you  “the hun”, but you will at least practice
7. Use your dictionary (the best one is to have one in PC, and one book version) every-time you don’t know some word!!!
8. Use your new language every-time you will met some native speaker! Talk with him, chat with him, don’t care about your bad pronunciation. Without training is no progress!

BTW the most valuable languages are:

• English - whole Internet is on it, it’s the “Esperanto” of the 21th century
• Spanish - large population on the world speaking Spanish
• Chinese - China is the the new king (GB was in 19th century and USA in 20th century, right now is century of the China)

I’m reading many responses from the peoples, which are NOT satisfied with their lives. They only doing their job for the money !

If you do not like your job (it’s not funny, creative or whatever), start doing what you like in your free time, NOW! Again not in the main time, but in FREEEeee time. Do NOT quiet your job (or you will lose your main income), but in your free time do, what you will like to do. But I don’t mean by it, to go to the pub and spent your money, I mean to do something what you will like, and peoples will pay you for it!

Examples:

• Make your own pages (about something what you love, don’t be so idiot, to do same mistake twice and start some pages which you do not like, but which will make you money , it’s same as to go to the factory and do job which you do not like), propagate them, and then monetize them. It will make you some euros (I’m making on it hundreds of euros each month!!!)
• Don’t spent all money (everyone may save something) and start investing to dividend stocks – unlimited potential, peoples making life with it
• Save 2000 Euros, read several books, forums and start speculate on Forex, in commodity market (there is minimum for reasonable money management 5000 USD in comodities or your sto&loss will be too low) etc. – unlimited potential again, peoples making life with it…
• If you like concerts, buy the cheapest professional photo camera plus good lenses and start making money on it, write articles for local newspapers, sell cheap photos to bands, promoters, photo bank… – You will make money (not big one, but hundreds of the euros), you will see every concert in your city and you will met tons of girls (boys..), promoters and bands
• Do whatsoever on Internet which you like and will bring you money, you may start tons of projects!

The goal is to do ONLY WHAT YOU LIKE!!! Don’t care only about money, if you will do more than one activity, the money will “flow” to you. On one activity you will make more, on second less, on other almost nothing, the rules are:

• don’t make activity on which you losing money! – it will make you not happy, try to change it. If you still losing money, go out!!! Money is not everything, but if you don’t make them at all it will piss you off completely (trust me).
• don’t make activity which you do not like!!! Without exception!!! If someone wanna give you money for something, what you do not like, do NOT do it… – the most of peoples don’t understand this in whole his life and die with the fact, that they spent half of their life (if you not count the sleeping) in something what they do not enjoy, … ridiculous
• don’t focus only on one activity – do three or more minor things, it’s VERY important! Activities going up and down. What you making money now, will probably do NOT work after several months or years. Life changing, behaviours changing, peoples changing, laws/rules changing which causing business to change or fall it’s natural
• every-time when going everything great – develop NEW activity, which will grow up and pay for your living after six months or two years. It’s the rule, that if is going everything fine, something will fuck up (typically country change law, or banks change rules, or…) and you “super duper” activity which you like and make you money is in the septic tank…

Internet is a great tool, If you working in local factory and you can’t change your life on local market, change it via Internet. The 8 hours work isn’t about to go home after it, fall down to couch and drink beer . If this is your case, do less in your work which you do not enjoy. Again: Start doing less in your work, Imagine there are peoples with two or three jobs (yes three, they never sleep LOL , but it’s not funny…)!!! Against there are peoples who making THREE jobs, you are a looser with the only one, who have plenty of free time! Imagine about it every day for next two months. And make in your free time something what you will like and will make you money. If you can’t organize your time, buy good diary, set your goals, projects, target your life. Cheap diary (day, week, month plans, projects, goals, contacts) cost only 15 – 20 euros depending on the format, I’m using the small one A7 format fromt the ADK an Herlitz.

For example If you like to make photos, make them, but start to make them for the money. Goal is NOT to pay instantly by this new income for whole living (as everyone think), goal is to make 3 – 5 activities and in total this activities, which you all loving, will pay for your life.

BTW, I’m not some rich bastard, my family do not gave me some big money, I’m working as everyone!!! I’m only choosed to do what i love. And BTW I will bet, that you yes you make MORE money haha , than I! But the key is, that I love all my jobs and you not… It’s NOT only about the money!!!

And if you “must pay mortgages and debts” fuck them, this is not a excuse. If is, you are a lazy bitch. Everyone may save two hours in his day to start a new project which he will like NO exceptions! How you think, that I started? Not by going to the pub or drank myself to the oblivion on my couch and watching TV each day when I was tired from the hardwork! I know it’s hard to force yourself to do something, but it worth it. Also do not sacrifice your personal life completely to your family, you will be not happy, and this will turn naturally against your family. All this, you NOT making only for himself, you making it for your family too!!! You can’t be happy without job you will like, and if you are not happy, your family life will worth nothing.

Why to NOT buy fancy domain names from the speculators without type-in traffic?

Before minute I had a big discussion with one domain speculator. He offered in one forum his +- 200 domains, the list look like as:

• spanish-keyword.cz   12345 Kč (cz is i Czech republic top-level domain, BTW we do NOT speak spanish or french, but czech language, so register spanish/french word in .cz  is useless)
• french-keyword.cz   12345 Kč
• czech-keyword .com/biz/net   1234 USD

I told him, that this domains has ABSOLUTE NO VALUE!

The real value is only in domains with type-in traffic! If you have domain with the type-in traffic you getting HIGHLY TARGETTED traffic for FREE! Which may save your ass in the market. You are not forced to propagate the domain and peoples coming and coming in for free each day… For me it’s no value in some domain if there is NO type-in traffic!

Everyone may choice some spanish word and register it in the dot cz domain space the domain name will be probably free. So why to buy this domains without type-in traffic? It have no sense! You may buy them himself for 8 USD and “saved money” spent on the propagation (which is the must in any way, if you have a domain without type-in traffic…).

The real value are ONLY in the domains with type-in traffic! The peoples chosed it.

If you wanna buy something look for the bargain like:

• good-domain.com, 150 type-in traffic each day (keywords “good domain”), price 10k USD
• good-domain2.com, 450 type-in traffic each day (keywords “good domain2″), price 5k USD

But don’t buy domain from the speculators without type-in traffic only for a a fancy name! This domains without type-in traffic have NO inner value to the time when you will propagate them. And if YOU will must propagate them, YOU are the one, who someone must pay for the increasing in the domain name price (NOT benefit the speculators which sell names without inner value)…

How to “monetize” web pages?

Do you need money to pay hosting, domain and “beer” fees?

1) Use Google Adsense. This is the “classic one” advice, but it’s a really good one. Google will put to your page text advertise which will be based on content and you will be payed based on the clicks to this advertise.

2) If your page have Google’s Pagerank or good Alexa rank you may sell HardLinks.

• You may sell HardLinks by yourself, if you are the experienced one, but it cost time (manual placing of the links plus accounting simply need a few mins…)
• Other choice is to sell hardlinks via service as is WhyLink. This is a good one service, they paying you 50% of the profits via PayPal each month as the clock. Plus you may use this service on the adult pages too! Adult webmasters really LOVE to buy hardlinks, you will made a tons of bucks!
• The third service, which I wanna reccomend you is LinkVehicle (50% profit, PayPal payout and accepting Adult pages too). It’s a new one service for selling hardlinks, but a GOOD ONE! They manually evaluate every page via their Google Pagerank and Alexa (WhyLink using only robot) and setting HIGHER price!!! LinkVehicle paying usually 4* more!

Conclusion: If your blog or any web page worth something, bucks from this services will not only pay you hosting and domain fee, but you will take other “passive income” (defined by Kiyosaki) which simply rock!
